Signal To Exchange provides a signal relay service that connects TradingView® alerts to cryptocurrency exchanges. We relay trading signals on your behalf but do not provide financial advice, manage your funds, or guarantee any trading outcomes.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your exchange API keys have appropriate permissions
• Complying with your exchange's terms of service

4. Trading Risks

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge that:

• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• We are not responsible for trading losses
• Technical issues may delay or prevent signal execution

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signal To Exchange and Fapbric Technology Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
